This hotel is perfectly situated just outside the city center, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. The rooms, with their exquisite view of vegetable fields, provide a serene setting for a relaxing stay. I particularly enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony, taking in the beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Pyin Oo Lwin! First of all, the price was great - such good value for money. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with everything you could need from toiletries to tea and coffee. I especially loved having a balcony with a view over the fields of vegetables, it was so peaceful and picturesque. The hotel is also conveniently located just outside the city center, making it easy to explore the sights of Pyin Oo Lwin. And the breakfast spread was delicious, a perfect start to the day.

The location of the hotel is not bad, as it is within walking distance to the center of the town, but it is situated on a relatively quiet street. Some rooms upstairs have a lovely view of the farm. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable with modern amenities. There is a TV with International news channels, a fridge/minibar and hot shower in the bathroom.
The breakfast selection is poor, consisting only of basic items like toast and jam, scrambled eggs, banana, juice, and tea or coffee.

The location is perfect - close to the town centre and transportation, making it easy to explore this city. The breakfast was delicious and enough to set me up for a day of exploring the local area.

Over Christmas, the hotel had some decorations up that gave the place a nice vibe and the staff seemed to be in the holiday spirit. The breakfast had freshly cooked eggs, which was a nice touch, and the bed was comfortable. The location was close to some popular attractions and restaurants.
The hotel fell short in a few areas. The room was extremely small and there was hardly any space to move around.

Enjoyed my Easter stay at this hotel. the refurbished rooms were cozy and the beds were comfortable. the breakfast was very good with plenty of options to choose from. the hotel is situated in a peaceful location that is not too far from the city center and restaurants/bars. Bicycles were available for rent at reasonable prices.
The noise level could be improved as there were some audible disturbances at night. there wasn't a garden on site as it had been replaced by an extension.
